Beginners 

(New students Must sign up minimum 4 sessions)

This class will be taught Preparation in Sarvangasana ~ shoulder balance.

Level 1 

(New students Must sign up minimum 4 sessions)

Learning Foundation for standing,forward extension, twisting and backward extension.

and building the Firmness and stablility 3-5 Sarvangasana (shoulderstand  practice). 

Intermediate I

Learning progression of standing,forward extension, twisting and backward extension. 

Able to  practice 5 min Sarvangasana and Sirsasana(Head balance)by the wall or in the middle of the room 2-5 min. ** This class Pranayama(Breathing control will be introduce.) **

Intermediate II

Learning progression of standing,forward extension, twisting and backward extension. 

Learning  dynamic/flow sequences intend to build stamina, strength, balance,

and mental concentration. Able to practice firm and stable 5-7 minutes Sirsasana, 7-10 minutes in sarvangasana, Push up to Urvadanurasana independently or with props.

(Variation of Inversion will be introduce in this class)

Woman’s essential

Soothing for Gem of women (Menstruating, Pregnancy, Menopause and hormone balancing for women.

Rope Class

Learning using Indian Pune rope wall  to practice and Asanas for proper alignment and awareness help bring mobility and stability in the postures.

Restorative 

Learning poses helps soothing for the nerve and restore the energy. 

Restorative & Pranayama

  Slower pace, chest opening and breathing control practice.

Open Practice

(No teaching in this class)

Practice following the teacher in the sequence and timing. Sometime will be trying difference props and adjustment.

Teacher Practice (By Permission only)

Group of Certified Iyengar Teacher and the teacher who preparing for assessment under guidance of there mentor or senior teachers.
